Our first workshop of the year was a delightful success - each guest walked away with new or enhanced arranging skills, their very own centerpiece and one of a kind giveaways, all thanks to our sponsors.
The IND team took special attention during setup to create a unique learning experience with an ambiance that inspired creativity.
After the guests arrived, enjoyed some refreshments and settled in, Inessa started the demonstration portion of the workshop. She covered the elements of centerpieces, the steps involved in arranging, described floral names and types used, and gave tips on tools that can be used to complete a centerpiece.
Once the demonstration was complete, guests were sent off to their arranging stations to apply what they just learned. Inessa spent time with each guest to address questions, provide direction and explain next steps as needed.
As each guest wrapped up, they finished the workshop with their own styled photoshoot with their beautiful centerpieces. Because the pictures are so great, we will be sharing more of them on our Instagram page, showcasing each guest and their amazing work.
Interested in attending more of our workshops? We’ve got one each season this year. Our next one will be held in the month of June for the art of making bouquets. For a one-on-one session with Inessa, please contact us.
We want to conclude by extending a special thank you to all of our amazing and supportive sponsors - Thanks a Million - we could not have done it without you: Inessa Nichols Design (florals and styling), Nancy and Gian Moral (venue: newly remodeled backyard and delicious earl grey cake), Tina Chiou (incredible photographer), Kinna Dainty (custom earrings), Letz Make it Personal (soy candles), Salud Juice (organic variety of delicious juices), and Liliya Zherebnenko (honey cake).
